James Pembroke Media has been chosen to redesign and relaunch the colleague magazine for McColl’s Retail Group, going out to 20,000 people around the UK.
The new-look magazine embodies the core values of McColl’s: customer first; simple and consistent; caring and compassionate; and community champions. It will go out to the company’s 1,556 convenience stores and newsagents as well as central departments. A fun, fresh design will celebrate the achievements of McColl’s colleagues – not only in the workplace but in the wider communities they serve – as well as helping the business to communicate key campaigns and messages to employees.
The first issue of the new magazine will reach colleagues in July.
